Maadhanlakhmi Structural is located in Jharpada. Our address is Plot No 1292/3303 and we are in the Sub Plot No-32 area. It is near the Laxmisagar police station so it's easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We do structural work which means a lot of steel, concrete, and heavy lifting. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be sent to the sites. The office is a bit crowded with samples and folders that we have collected over the years. We aren't really the type for big corporate meetings. We prefer being on-site where the actual work happens. Jharpada is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our door. We have a few guys who handle the technical side and others who deal with the vendors and billing. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running. Sometimes we have to deal with delays in material delivery which is frustrating but we manage to find a way. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and the locals are used to seeing our trucks moving in and out during the day. We just keep to ourselves and focus on getting the structures right for whoever we are working for. It is not always pretty work but it is necessary for the city. We appreciate the local tea stall nearby that keeps us going during the long afternoons when things get difficult.
