Maa Ugratara Realcon Llp

We are located on Mahatab Road, specifically at Plot No. 48/1286 in Lane No 14. If you know the old post office in Bhimatangi, we are right near there. Maa Ugratara Realcon is an LLP, but we operate more like a small family shop. The office is situated in a busy part of Bhubaneswar, and there is always something going on outside in the lane. Real estate and construction details take up most of our days. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of a fan and the occasional motorbike zooming past the window. A few chairs are kept for guests, and we usually offer them a glass of water because of the Khordha heat. Fancy business talk isn't used here. We just tell people what is happening with their projects or the land they want. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the ledgers and maps, but we know where everything is. Having been here in Orissa for a long time, we’ve seen the city grow in every direction. Our address on Mahatab Road is easy to find once you get into Bhimatangi. There isn't a big sign with flashing lights, just a simple nameplate. We like it that way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we stay late just to finish up the logs for the day.
