Maa Tankapani Real Estates Private Limited is based at Plot No 4618 / 7894 in Sai Vihar. We are right on Tankapani Road in Bhubaneswar. This area has changed a lot since we first started out. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere. Our office is a basic room where we keep all our registers and maps. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have some chairs and a big table for looking at blueprints. We deal with land and houses in the Khordha area. Most of our day is spent driving up and down Tankapani Road to check on different plots. We don't have a big advertising budget or a website with lots of photos. Usually, people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. We sit down with anyone who stops by and try to help them find what they are looking for. It’s a very straightforward process. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk. If someone likes a plot, they can take their time to think about it. We know that buying land is a big deal for most people. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we spend a bit of time cleaning every day. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live right here in the community.
