Maa Adishkti Chuda Mill

You can find us at the Begunia Bazar in Puri. Specifically, we are in the Begunia Gop area, not too far from Balagandi. Being in Puri means it’s always a bit humid, but we’ve gotten used to that over the years at Maa Adishkti Chuda Mill. The bazaar is a lively place, always full of people buying and selling stuff. We fit right in with the rest of the shops and stalls. Our mill isn't very large, but it does what it needs to do. We spend our days processing chuda. The noise of the machinery is something you just stop hearing after a while. Most of the people around here know us by name. We don’t really bother with big advertisements. The work speaks for itself when people see the bags ready to go. Sometimes the traffic in the bazaar is a bit much, especially during the festival seasons in Puri, but we just work around it. Our floors are usually covered in a bit of dust from the grain, but that’s just a sign of a busy day. We have a small bench outside where we take breaks and watch the crowd go by near Balagandi. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the thick of the local trade. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent mill without making a big fuss about it.
