LOPAMUDRA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up Lopamudra Buildcon at Plot No-3573 in the Palasuni area. It's right near Palasuni Hata, so it gets pretty busy around here with the market nearby. Mostly, our days involve managing site visits and keeping track of materials coming in and out. It isn't a fancy setup. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork for the building projects around Bhubaneswar. Living and working in Khorda means dealing with the heat and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. People stop by the office to talk about their house plans or just to check on progress. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but that is just part of being in construction. We started this because we know the local area well. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we don't have long commutes. We try to keep things moving on schedule, though sometimes the rain or the labor holidays slow things down. It’s just us doing the work every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some desks, some blueprints, and a lot of tea to get through the afternoon. We've been at this address for a while and most people in Palasuni know where to find us if they need something built or just want to ask about land. It's honest work and we just keep at it day after day.
