LAXMINARAYAN REALCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been over at Plot No-1922 in Naharakanta Mancheswar for a while now. It’s a busy area, but we like it here. Being part of Laxminarayan Realcon Private Limited means we spend most of our days looking at land and buildings. It isn't always fancy work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just part of the job in this business. Most of the people who come by are just looking for a spot to settle down or maybe start something of their own. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a lot of complicated talk when they are trying to figure out where to put their money. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get the work done and talk to folks. Naharakanta is growing fast lately. You can see it just by walking down the street. We’ve seen a lot of changes around here since we started. People come in with questions about plots or how the local area is developing. We do our best to give them the facts without making it sound better than it is. It's a lot of running around sometimes, checking on sites and making sure things are moving along. We just focus on what is right in front of us. Most days it’s just about answering the phone and keeping the files organized. We’re glad to be part of the community here. It’s good to see familiar faces.
