Lalita Spices

We’ve been over here at Plot No. 24 in Mancheswar for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near Utcal Automobile. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Lalita Spices is really just about getting the work done every day. We handle a lot of different spices and it can get pretty dusty in the warehouse, but that is just part of the job. Some days are busier than others. When the trucks come in, everyone is moving fast. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a plain building where we do our sorting and packing. People stop by sometimes asking for directions because of the landmarks nearby. We just point them the right way and get back to what we were doing. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the bags go out on time and the quality is what it should be. It’s a local operation, and we’ve lived around here for years. You might see us having tea near the gate in the evenings. It’s a simple life running a spice business in this part of town. We keep things straightforward. No big speeches or complicated stuff, just the spices and the daily routine at our Mancheswar location.
