If you find yourself in Kanan Vihar, you might have passed by Ruchi Residency at plot number 571. That is where we are based. Kshetrabasi Estate has been operating out of this spot for a while now. Bhubaneswar is growing so fast, making it hard to keep track sometimes. Our office is just a regular place, nothing too special to look at. We handle a lot of estate matters and building stuff. Files are piled on the desk, and someone is usually on the phone talking about cement or permits. The area around Ruchi Residency is actually quite nice, though it gets a bit crowded with parked cars during the day. A few desks, some old computers, and several maps pinned to the walls make up our workspace. Fancy marketing isn't really our thing. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Keeping things simple is our way. If there is a problem at a site, we just go and fix it. There isn't a big board of directors or anything like that. It is just us working in the Khordha district. Some days are long, especially when the humidity is high, but that is just how it is. We appreciate the people who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a plot. It’s a good way to spend the day in the city.
