Kolibri Structbuild Private Limited

Our office for Kolibri Structbuild Private Limited is tucked away on Lane-2 of Phase-1 in Adarsh Vihar. It’s Plot No-182, right near Kiit Square in the Patia area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and new shops popping up all the time. Being in Khordha gives us access to a lot of different projects across the city. We focus on the structural and building side of things. It’s a lot of looking at drawings and calculating how much cement or rebar we’re going to need for the next month. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints spread out on the tables and people coming in and out to drop off invoices or ask about schedules. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the door is open, someone is usually there working. We’ve been in Patia for a while and have seen it change from mostly empty fields to the crowded place it is now. We like being near Kiit Square because it’s easy to give directions to people. Dealing with building sites means we spend a lot of time in the sun, so the office is a nice place to cool down and get the administrative side of the business sorted. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the structures we are working on are solid and the paperwork is in order for the local authorities. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
