Kitchen Assets

We’re set up in Shrichandan House, right by the post office in Badagada. If you’re in the Khurda district, you’ve probably passed by us without thinking too much about it. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of kitchen equipment and assets stacked up. We’ve got everything from big stoves to smaller items that people need for their cooking spaces. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights; it’s more like a working warehouse where we keep things ready to go. My desk is usually buried under invoices and notes about what needs to be delivered next. The post office next door is always busy, so there’s a lot of people coming and going outside. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty in here, but we try to keep the equipment clean. We’ve been helping folks set up their kitchens for a while now, mostly just by talking through what they need and seeing what we have in stock. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just a few of us who know our way around a kitchen setup. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we always manage to get things moved. It’s just the way things are in our part of town. We like the work and the people we meet every day. We usually keep the doors open to get a breeze.
