It’s a nice enough spot in Odisha, and the neighborhood has grown a lot since we first set up here. The office is a simple building, nothing too flashy, with a small gate and some space out front. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and the sound of keyboards clicking away throughout the day. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of the conversation happens during the breaks. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit dusty when they are doing road work, but that’s just how things are around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there; we just want to make sure the work we do is correct and that we get home at a decent hour. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with too much of a commute. It’s a steady pace of life and we like the rhythm of working in Jayadev Vihar. It’s a solid, reliable place for us to be every day.
