Our office is located in Arcon Retreat, specifically Flat No- De312. We are situated on Nandankanan Road in the Kanan Vihar area of Patia. It’s a busy part of Bhubaneswar these days. Kapilash Infrasol Projects started because we saw how much work was needed in the local infrastructure. We aren't a big, impersonal company. We’re just a few people who know our way around a construction site. The office in Patia is where we handle all the planning and the boring parts like taxes and payroll. It’s a comfortable enough space, though it gets cluttered with samples and drawings pretty often. We spend a lot of time on the road, checking on progress at different spots. Patia has changed so much in the last few years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep up with it all. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with marketing. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when a project is nearing the end. Sometimes we're here late into the night. It’s just how the business is. We’re glad to be based in this part of Orissa. It feels like the future is happening right outside our window. We just keep our heads down and keep working on the next task. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and site reports, but that’s how we like to work. It feels real.
