We are Kalpabata Buildcon Private Limited and our small office is located at Plot No LB 5 in Brit Colony. If you know the Laxmi Sagar area in Bhubaneswar, you know it gets quite busy around here during the day. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Khorda for a while now. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to people about their building needs. Orissa has a lot of construction going on lately and we are just one part of that whole thing. The address is 751006 which is easy enough for the postman to find. Usually, the office opens early and we stay until the sun goes down over the colony. It isn’t a very fancy place, just a regular office with desks and some maps on the wall. Sometimes the traffic in Laxmi Sagar makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but we are always here. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is honest work and we try to keep things straightforward for everyone who walks through the door. There is a lot of dust from the roads around here because of all the new houses coming up. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people who know the area well. This is our home base and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It feels good to be part of the community in Bhubaneswar.
