Kalinga Condev Private Limited

Kalinga Condev Private Limited is out at Plot No. 5183 in Pathargadia, which is near Chandaka. We are situated in Shree Ganesh Vihar, P.O. Daruthenga, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but the air is a little clearer and there is more space. Our office is basically a hub for all our development and construction activities. It’s a functional building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, site boots, and stacks of paper. We have a small crew that manages the daily operations. We spend a lot of time on the road, going back and forth between the office and different work sites. Because we are a bit far out, we have to be pretty organized with our supplies. There isn't a big store just around the corner, so we keep what we need on hand. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around here a bit muddy, which adds another layer of work to our day. We just deal with it and keep moving. It is a quiet, hardworking place where we focus on the job at hand.
