We are Kailsan Realty & Developers Private Limited. Our office is on Plot No 1435/2456, right on Mahatab Road in the Old Town area. It is near the Lingaraj temple, which is a very busy and old part of Bhubaneswar. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. Our office is just a plain room with some old furniture and a few ceiling fans. We do not have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. We mostly handle real estate and development projects in the Khordha district. The streets here are narrow and always full of people, so we do a lot of our business by just meeting folks on the street or in the office. We do not use any complicated sales tactics. We just show the property and explain what the situation is with the papers. Sometimes it takes a while to get things sorted with the local authorities, and we are honest about that. We have lived around here for years, so we know the history of the plots. It is a steady way to live. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know how to get things done. We usually have some tea ready for anyone who stops by to ask about land. It is a simple life and a simple business, just the way we like it in Bhubaeswar.
