At Kabidhaan Ventures (Opc) Private Limited, we work out of Plot No-57 in Sisu Vihar, which is near the KIIT area in Patia. It’s a very lively part of town because of all the students and the university nearby. There is always something happening on the streets outside. Our office is a straightforward setup on this plot. Since we are an One Person Company, it’s a small-scale operation, and that’s exactly how we like it. We don’t have to deal with a lot of corporate red tape or big meetings. It’s just about sitting down at Plot No-57 and getting the work done. The office has enough space for our files and the computer equipment we use every day. We spend a lot of time researching and handling the administrative side of the business. Sisu Vihar is a familiar place for many people in Patia, so it makes it easy for us to give directions. We don't have a flashy sign or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us at our desks. We try to keep the place organized, though sometimes the papers start to pile up when we get busy. It’s a simple life at Kabidhaan Ventures (Opc) Private Limited. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of everything. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we do it right here in Sisu Vihar.
