Our office is right near ITER College in Jagamara, which means there’s always a lot of energy and students around. Plot No 39 in Jagamohan Nagar is where we set up Jn Urban Homes Private Limited. It’s a good spot, even if the parking is a nightmare during the peak hours when everyone is heading to class or work. We spend most of our time looking at housing stuff and trying to figure out where people are going to live next in this part of town. Jagamara has changed so much lately, and being right in the middle of it gives us a front-row seat. We aren't a big flashy company with a PR team. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the day-to-day things. We talk to people who are looking for a place, deal with the builders, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet goes down or the tea runs out, but we manage. It’s honest work. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. If you’re walking near the college, you’ve probably walked past our place without thinking much of it. We like it that way. We’re just local people working in the urban home sector, trying to keep up with the fast pace of Bhubaneswar. It's a lot of paperwork and even more conversations, but that is just how the real estate world works around here. It keeps us pretty busy from morning until night.
