The lane outside is usually quiet enough for us to concentrate, but once you step out onto Temple Road, you really feel the energy of Bhubaneswar. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what needs doing, whether that's technical work or just tidying up the office after a long day. We have a small kettle for making tea and we usually take our lunch breaks together. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we aren't.
