We operate out of Plot VIP-9 in Nayapalli, which is part of the IRC Village area in Bhubaneswar. This is a well-known part of the city, and being in a VIP plot sounds fancier than it actually is. It is just where we have our office for Jaybajrangwali Infraventure. We work on infrastructure and different building projects around Orissa. The office is usually full of maps, rolls of paper, and people coming in to talk about work. IRC Village is a busy place, so there is always something happening outside our window. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of executives. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of running an infra company. We spend a lot of time coordinating with laborers and checking on materials. It can be quite stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when the monsoon rains hit and everything has to stop. But we have been doing this long enough to know how to handle the delays. We aren't here to give people a sales pitch. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. Most of the time, we are just ordinary people trying to do a difficult job in a busy city. It is honest, hard work and that is really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
