Jayasingh Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Mig-277 in Kalinganagar, over in the K-9(A) area. It’s a busy spot. We spend most of our time dealing with cement, bricks, and trying to get schedules to actually work. Running a construction company like this means a lot of early mornings and late nights. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet with people when we have to. Kalinganagar has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen plenty of buildings go up. Some days are harder than others, especially when the rain starts. We mostly just focus on getting the current project finished so we can move to the next one. It’s physical work and it’s often messy. We have a small crew and we all know each other's ways by now. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just show up at the site and do what the plan says. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and keep going. That’s just life in building. Our address is easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We are usually around if the trucks are there. It’s a practical business for practical people. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to keep working and making sure the jobs get finished. It is a lot of work but it keeps us moving.
