Started at the duplex in H.B. Colony. It's a quiet spot in the 7 Acres area of Chandrasekharpur. We spend most of our time dealing with files and talking to folks who come by looking for housing options. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get the work done. Some days are busy with phone calls and checking on building sites, while other days are just about catching up on paperwork. The weather gets hot here, so the fan is always going. We’ve been around this part of Bhubaneswar for a while now. Most people know the HIG-55 spot. We don't really do big ads. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the gate. It's just a few of us here managing the infrastructure projects for Jayaram Housing. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without making things complicated. If someone drops in, we usually just sit in the front room and talk through whatever they need. It’s practical work, really. Dealing with land and bricks takes time, and there are always small delays with supplies or labor, but that’s just how the business goes in this area. We like the neighborhood because it’s close to everything but still has a bit of space. Anyway, that’s mostly what goes on here daily. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to stay organized with all the various documents.
