We are Jagannathbalaji Eastcon Private Limited. Our home base is in IRC Village, which is part of the Nayapalli area in Bhubaneswar. Specifically, you can find us at Plot No-N3/426. Nayapalli is a well-known neighborhood, and IRC Village has its own local feel that we really like. We’ve been operating from this plot for some time. It's a standard building that we've converted into our workspace. There’s a lot of activity in this part of the city, but our little corner remains relatively focused. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the owners and a few staff members, handling the construction and consulting work we do. Khordha is a big district, and being in the 751012 zip code puts us right in the thick of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out during a heavy storm, and we just wait it out or use the backup generator to keep the computers running. It’s all part of running a business here. We keep our overhead low so we can stay focused on the actual work. People often drop by to talk about upcoming plans, and we usually have the kettle going. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the jobs seriously. We’ve lived and worked in Bhubaneswar for years, so we know the city inside and out.
