Jagannath House & Building Private Limited is located over at Plot No-14/3734 on Cuttack Road. We are right near the Bhubaneswar Hotel, which makes it a pretty easy place for people to find when they are coming into town. We spend most of our time dealing with local construction and building work here in Khordha. The office isn't anything special. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who want to talk about their projects. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s usually just a few of us sitting around desks covered in papers and maps of the area. Cuttack Road can get really loud with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We see people coming in all the time asking about land or how long it takes to put up a new wall. We give them a straight answer without a lot of fluff. Sometimes the weather in Orissa makes the work hard, especially when it rains for days, but we just keep at it. Building houses is just what we do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. We don't have big marketing brochures or a sales team. If you want to talk about a building, you just come in and sit down with us. We’ll show you what we are working on and tell you how it is.
