Ivory Realcon Llp operates out of Flat No 201 in the Jagannath Park Enclave. We are in Niladri Vihar, which is part of the Sailashree Vihar and Chandra Sekhar Pur area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s pretty calm most of the time. We aren't a giant corporation with a glass building. It’s just an office in a flat where we manage our real estate and construction work. Most of our days are spent visiting sites or meeting with people who are looking for a place to live. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We try to keep things straightforward. If a project is delayed, we tell people why. We don't like using big words or complicated contracts if we can avoid it. It’s just about getting the houses built and the keys handed over. Sometimes the plumbing is a pain or the electricity takes forever to get connected. We’ve dealt with all those issues many times before. The team here is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. We think that makes things easier for everyone. We’ve been in Chandra Sekhar Pur for a bit now and we like the community here. It’s a good place to be based and we plan on staying for a while. We aren't fancy, just honest.
