Indurekha Properties Private Limited

We run Indurekha Properties Private Limited from our office at Plot No-403/404. We are situated on the 4th floor of Janpath Tower in Unit-II. That is right in Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar 751006. Janpath is a main road so it’s usually quite crowded and noisy outside. Once you get up to the fourth floor though, it’s a lot easier to concentrate on the property business. We’ve been in this tower for some time and have gotten to know the other people working in the building. Our office isn't fancy; it’s just a place with desks and chairs where we handle our clients' needs. We spend most of the day looking over maps and legal documents. Ashok Nagar is a central location and it helps us stay on top of what’s happening in Bhubaneswar. We don't use corporate slogans or try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a local team doing our best with the properties we manage. People can find us easily because Janpath Tower is a bit of a landmark. We’ve put in a lot of hours at this address. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. If you’re in the city and need to discuss something, you can find us there during the week. We keep things pretty informal and focus on getting the job finished correctly. It’s a busy street but we have a good view of the traffic below.
