Indalc Spirits Private Limited is at Flat 402, Plot No.876/2269 in Suraj Niwasgovinda Prasad. This isn't a fancy bar or a distillery with huge copper pots. It’s our administrative spot where we handle the heavy lifting of the spirits business. The flat is usually filled with files and some sample bottles tucked away in the corner. Being in Govinda Prasad means we’re tucked away from the main city noise, which is good for focusing on all the permits we have to manage. Alcohol is a tough business with a lot of rules, so we spend hours just reading through updates and making sure our logs are perfect. It’s not very glamorous. Sometimes the water in the building acts up or the internet goes slow, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We are just a small team trying to make a mark in the beverage industry. We don't have a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. We’ve been working out of this flat for a while and it has become our second home. It’s a bit cramped when we have meetings, but we make it work. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the supply chain is moving and the shops have what they need. It's just a regular office day for us, nothing more and nothing less.
