Homznoffiz India Private Limited

Working out of Duplex No. KV-04 in Krishna Kaveri Enclave is a bit different than being in the city center. Homznoffiz India is based here at Plot No. 342 in the Botanda area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a bit quieter out here, which is nice when we need to focus on all the housing and office planning we do. Since we are in a duplex, it feels more like a home than a regular cold office space. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows when the door is open. We use the ground floor mostly for meeting people and keeping our records. The drive to get here can be a bit long if traffic is bad near the post office, but we don't mind the commute much. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to folks who want to move into the area. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunches and talk about the weekend. It is not a very formal place. If you come by, you might find us in jeans just trying to get through the pile of documents on the table. We take care of the local property stuff and try to make sure everything is in order before we head home for the night. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just keep things moving along without much trouble and try to stay organized despite the constant phone calls.
