HIRTM India Management is located over at Plot No N6/ 261 in the IRC Village part of Nayapalli. We are right here in Bhubaneswar, tucked into the neighborhood. The office is pretty straightforward. It’s a building where we’ve set up our management operations. Most of the time, the day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking through project details. Nayapalli is a familiar area for most people around here, so getting to work isn't usually too much of a hassle, though traffic in the city is getting worse lately. The space itself isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few people we have working on the Khordha side of things. We have a lot of files and some old computers that still work fine for what we need. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut and the cooling on when it's really bad. It feels like a normal local spot, not one of those big glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We’ve got a little area for tea and water in the back. Most of our neighbors are either other small offices or just people living their lives in the village. It's a practical setup for a private limited company. We show up, do the management work that's required, and head home when the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
