Hindcity Edifice Private Limited

We are located right on Cuttack Road, near Kalpana Square in Bhubaneswar. It is a busy spot, always plenty of noise from the buses and rickshaws going past. M.D. Co-operative Society is the building where we set up. The office isn't very large, but it's where everything happens for Hindcity Edifice. A lot of our time is spent looking at building plans and dealing with the logistics of construction in the Khordha area. There is usually a layer of dust on everything because of the road construction nearby, but we are used to it by now. No receptionist in a suit works here; usually, you just walk in and one of us looks up from a desk. Our presence in Orissa has been fairly long. Some old photos of projects we finished years ago hang on the walls. It feels like a second home to most of us because of the long hours. A small kettle for making coffee gets used a lot in the mornings. Dealing with property and edifices means things can get complicated with paperwork, but we take it one day at a time. Manual work and checking on sites across the city keep us occupied. The energy of Kalpana Square is something we like. It keeps us on our toes and reminds us why we started doing this in the first place. We just want to get the buildings finished right.
