Gruha Nirman Infratech Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 48/1196 in the Kapilaprasad area of Bhubaneswar. We have been here for a good while, working on various infrastructure and building tasks. It is a local business, run by people who actually live around Khordha. The office is pretty basic, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of blueprints lying around. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. Sometimes the weather in Orissa makes work difficult, especially during the rainy season, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are a small group that knows how to get things done. People in Kapilaprasad usually recognize the office when they walk past. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and laborers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication every day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. If you come by, you'll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some site drawings. We like the hands-on approach. Dealing with permits and land stuff can be a headache, but it’s what we do. We just want to do a decent job on every plot we work on. It is honest work, and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days of the week. There is always something new to figure out.
