Green Umbrella Foundation

We are located in quarters 79 and 80 H over in Board Sunabeda-1. It's a decent spot and the neighbors are mostly quiet. Green Umbrella is the name we chose because it sounded right at the time. We’ve been working out of these quarters for a long while now. It’s not a huge space by any means, but it fits us and our needs just fine. We have a few mismatched chairs and some old metal cabinets for our files and papers. Sunabeda is a nice area with quite a few trees around the buildings. We spend a lot of time outside when the weather is nice. The foundation keeps us pretty busy every day of the week. There is always someone dropping by to ask a question or to drop off something they think we might need. We don't have a big staff at all. It's mostly just a few of us who really care about the community. We do our own cleaning and we handle the mail ourselves every morning. It’s a very hands-on kind of thing and we wouldn't want it any other way. We don't use fancy terms or management speak. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we're trying to help out where it's needed most. We’ve had some good days and some really tough ones too. That’s just part of running a foundation like this. The quarters are easy to find if you know Sunabeda-1 well.
