Gopal Jevika Nidhi Limited is up on the fourth floor, Flat No 404 to be exact, in Sjv Plaza. This is in the Rudrapur area of Hansal, which is part of Bhubaneswar. Working out of a plaza is a bit different than a standalone shop. You have to take the stairs or the lift and navigate through the hallways. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to it. Our office space is basically a converted flat. It gives us enough room for our files and the few computers we use. The view from the window isn't much, just the other buildings and the street below, but it lets in some light. We are a small group of people. We handle the paperwork and the accounts as they come in. It’s a lot of data entry and checking numbers over and over again to make sure we didn't miss anything. Rudrapur is an interesting part of town, always changing with new stuff being built. We try to keep our heads down and just focus on the task at hand. There aren't any big speeches here about what we do. We just provide a place for people to come when they need to sort out their paperwork. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We usually close up right on time and head home to our families after the work is finished.
