Our office is over in the Chandaka Industrial Area in Patia. Being in an industrial zone means we are right in the middle of all the action. Gettell Development is run from Plot No. A/24/D. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. There’s always trucks moving and the sound of machines nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have time for fancy decorations. We focus on development projects and making sure everything is built according to the plans. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are very long. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We are just local people who know the industry. We deal with the daily headaches of permits, materials, and labor just like everyone else. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days it feels like nothing is working, but we stay until the job is done. We value getting things finished more than talking about it. If you come by the industrial area, you’ll see we are just a straightforward operation. We don’t use big words or make empty promises. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a noisy place to work but it suits us just fine. We keep the coffee hot and the work moving day after day.
