Frozen Kitchen Private Limited

You can find us over at Kalinga Nagar in the Patrapada area of Bhubaneswar. Our office is at Plot No-D/30 in Green Garden, which is a fairly quiet residential pocket. Frozen Kitchen is basically just a few of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of keeping things cold and making sure orders are ready to go out. The traffic around Patrapada can be a bit of a headache in the evenings, so we try to get most of our moving around done in the morning hours. Our workspace isn't very large, and it’s often filled with crates or paperwork stacked on the desks. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a fancy coffee machine; we just make our own tea and get to work. The building itself is tucked away, so it stays a bit cooler than the main road, which is a relief. Most days involve a lot of checking temperatures and looking at schedules. We started this because we saw a way to work with food in our own neighborhood. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting things and moving stock around, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the freezers are running and the deliveries are on time. It’s just a normal business day for us here in Khordha.
