Foundation Of Global Odia Diaspora

Our place is located at Flat No-31, Plot No-N3/49, inside Siridi Saienclave over in the Nayapalli area. It’s a quiet residential spot in IRC Village, which makes it a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. Being the Foundation Of Global Odia Diaspora, we spend a lot of time on our computers and phones. Since we’re in a flat, it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and the balcony has a few plants that someone remembers to water every now and then. Neighbors walk their dogs past the door, and we usually wave if the door is open. It’s a lot of coordination work here. We talk to people from all over who used to live around here but moved away. It’s funny how everyone stays connected despite the distance. We have boxes of records stacked in the corner because we haven't found a better place for them yet. The internet can be a bit slow when it rains, which happens a lot, but we get through the emails eventually. It’s just a handful of us working together. We don't have any big signs out front, just the number on the door. It feels right for the kind of work we do, just staying grounded in the local neighborhood while looking at the bigger picture outside for the community.
