Forum For Odisha Dialogues

We are located at Plot No-516/1748 in the Swarnapuri area. It is a sub-plot, number 2 to be exact, so you have to look for the right gate. The Forum For Odisha Dialogues is just a place where we get together to talk about what’s happening in our state. It is not a big fancy hall with microphones. Usually, it is just a bunch of us sitting around in the office space we have here. Swarnapuri is a nice enough spot, though the roads can be a bit dusty depending on the season. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just feel that people should talk more about the things that affect them in Odisha. We have people coming in from different parts of the city to share their thoughts. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we keep our notes and some tea. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time because everyone has a lot to say. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising ourselves. Most people just hear about the forum through word of mouth. It is a very local thing. We aren't trying to be some big national organization. We just focus on the dialogues right here. The building is simple, and we try to keep things grounded and practical for everyone who visits us at the plot.
