Estacha Property Developments Private Limited is situated at Flat 1C in Ratna Tower, right on Cuttack Road in Bomi Khal. It’s a busy area, and being in Ratna Tower means we’re right in the middle of a lot of action. We focus on property development, which involves a lot of back-and-forth between different offices and sites. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are a small team working out of a flat. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We spend most of our time looking at plans, talking to contractors, and trying to make sure things are moving in the right direction. Cuttack Road can be a nightmare for traffic, but it’s a good central spot for our work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just develop properties. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get everything lined up, and we have our share of long days and frustrating phone calls. But that’s the reality of the business. We don't have any interest in sounding more important than we are. We're just trying to do a good job and stay on top of our projects. If you come by Flat 1C, you'll see a lot of folders and probably some coffee cups. It’s just a normal office where we do our daily work. We like being part of the Bomi Khal community and just doing our bit.
