Ecosense Developers Private Limited is located over in Palasapalli, at A-48. It’s a decent area of Bhubaneswar-Khordha, maybe a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. We’ve been here for a while, just focusing on our development work. The name sounds a bit modern, but we’re pretty old-school in how we run things. There’s no big marketing department here, just us answering the phones and meeting with people who want to know about our projects. Some mornings the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors. Palasapalli is a nice community, and we try to be good neighbors while we do our thing. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people find out about us because they saw our sign or heard from someone else in the city. We’re just trying to develop properties that make sense for the area. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and making sure the supplies show up on time. It can be stressful, especially when things don't go according to plan, but that's just the nature of the business. We keep our heads down, do the work, and stay at our A-48 spot until the sun goes down and it's time to head home. It is a simple life for us here.
