Earnestagro Private Limited

Our office for Earnestagro is located at N1-A-66 in IRC Village, right on the first floor. If you know Nayapalli in Bhubaneswar, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different house numbers and lanes. We have been working out of this space for a bit, and it is where we do all the thinking and planning for our agricultural projects. The room is usually filled with the sound of the keyboard clicking and people talking over the phone to suppliers. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy, just desks and chairs and a lot of maps of the Khordha area. We spend our mornings checking on prices and talking to the folks who handle the actual farming. Being in the city helps us stay connected, but we are always mindful of what is happening in the fields. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the kids playing outside in the afternoons. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we always manage to find a plastic chair for everyone. We are just trying to make a living in the agro sector and help the local food chain move along. It is hard work and the days are long, but we like being part of the community here in Nayapalli. We keep things simple and try to stay honest about what we can get done each day.
