We've been at Sahid Nagar for a bit now. Our office is on Plot No - 443. It's a busy spot in Bhubaneswar. Most days it's just us handling paperwork or meeting folks who want to talk about land or flats. Khordha is growing fast, and being right here in the middle of it helps. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but that's just Sahid Nagar for you. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs. It’s a local operation, mostly just neighbors stopping by. We focus on the things people actually need when looking at property around Orissa. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fan going. People know us as Dreamappna Property. It's not a huge team, just a few of us working through the files. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes complicated talk when it comes to houses. We've seen the roads change over the years. It’s a good place to be based. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the job done right for the people who walk through that door. If you're walking around Sahid Nagar, you might see our sign. It's nothing flashy. We spend most of our time out on sites or checking documents at the local offices. That's how it goes here every day. We usually have a bit of tea around four and talk about the next day’s work. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy.
