You can find Dotx Bizsol Private Limited over in Jaganath Vihar. We occupy a couple of plots, 8/820 and 9/821 to be exact. It’s a nice enough part of Bhubaneswar, though the roads can be a bit tight when everyone is heading to work in the morning. We’ve set up our workspace here to be practical more than anything else. We don’t have those fancy glass walls or expensive coffee machines you see in movies. It’s mostly just desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of hard work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't worry too much about formal titles or who sits where. As long as the work is getting done, we’re happy. Being in Jaganath Vihar means we’re part of a real community, not just some industrial park. We see our neighbors every day and it feels more like a home than a cold office. Our group is made up of local people who know Khordha and Orissa well. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the red tape you find in bigger places. It’s not always easy, and we’ve had our share of late nights trying to fix problems, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own show. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours and we like it that way.
