Dimond Stone Constructions Private Limited operates out of Plot No. K-8/612 in Ghatikiakalinga Nagar. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the rhythm of this part of town. The office is straightforward. We have a door that’s usually open and a couple of desks where we manage the construction side of things. Kalinga Nagar is a busy area with a lot of development, so there is always something to keep us occupied. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We focus on the stones and the structures. It’s heavy work and it can be tiring, but it is what we know. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look in the office. As long as the work is moving forward, we are happy. Dimond Stone Constructions Private Limited is just a name on a sign at the end of the day. The real thing is the effort we put in at the sites. We handle the paperwork at the plot in Ghatikia, and then we head out to see the progress. It is a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We are just local folks doing what we can with the skills we have. No more, no less. We keep a stack of newspapers in the corner and sometimes the local dogs come and sit by the door.
