It’s right here in Bhubaneswar, and we’ve been working out of this spot for some time. Being a one-person company structure means there is always a lot to handle at once, but we manage. We deal with infrastructure and real estate stuff mostly. It is a lot of looking at maps, visiting sites, and trying to make sense of all the rules and regulations that come with building things. Some days are quieter than others. On the busy days, the phone doesn't stop ringing. People ask about land prices or when a project might be finished. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here, trying to do a decent job for the people who walk through the door. Nayapalli is a good location, very central for us to get around Khordha. We spend a fair amount of time out on the road, checking on progress. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of dust and noise involved in this line of business. But it feels good to see something actually get built from the ground up. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay honest with everyone we talk to. That’s just how we prefer to run things. Every day is just about getting the work done right.
