We are based at Plot No - 1446Kharakhia Baidyanath in Rasulgarh. Devlaxmi Infraways Private Limited is the name on the door, though most of us just think of it as the place we go to work every morning. Rasulgarh can be a hectic place with all the transport and people moving around, but our little corner at Plot No - 1446 is where we manage everything. It is a practical office, mostly just desks and some computers for the guys to handle the infrastructure plans. We aren't really into the whole big corporate lifestyle. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. There is usually a lot of talk about projects and timelines over coffee. The area around Kharakhia Baidyanath has changed a bit since we first got here, but we are still in the same spot. It’s a good location for us because it's easy for people to find once they get the hang of the street numbers. Sometimes it's a bit dusty outside because of all the construction nearby, but that’s the nature of being in Rasulgarh. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do much advertising or anything. We just keep the doors open and focus on the technical details of the infrastructure work we have on our plates right now. We find that staying busy is the best way to get through the work week.
