Develeco Builders is located over at Brahmeswarbag on Tankapani Road. Our specific spot is Plot No-1208/1611. Tankapani Road has changed a lot lately with more people moving in, so there is always some kind of construction happening. We are right in the middle of that. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. We spend our time planning out small housing projects or helping people with renovations. It’s a small operation. Most of the time, you’ll find us out at a site rather than sitting behind a desk. We handle the hiring, the ordering of supplies, and the general mess that comes with building houses. Bhubaneswar-Khordha is a growing place, and we just play our small part in it. We don't have a marketing department or a salesperson. We just talk to people directly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier sending the wrong color of tiles, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That’s the reality of it. It’s about being on the ground and seeing things through. We’ve lived around Tankapani Road for a while, so we care about the neighborhood. It’s just us, working through the heat and the rain to get the houses built for the families around here. We aren't doing anything spectacular, just making sure the foundations are deep and the walls are straight. It's what we do every single day of the week.
