Destiny Build Architecture and Construction Private Limited is located at Flat-E-03 in Nayapali Sriram Vihar. It is a residential spot, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads of Bhubaneswar. We handle both the architectural design and the actual construction work, which keeps us very busy. It is a lot of back and forth between the computer screen and the muddy construction site. Being in Sriram Vihar is convenient, though getting heavy trucks through the narrow turns of the colony can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Our office is basically a flat filled with rolls of drawings, tile samples, and a few computers. It is not a fancy design studio. We are just a practical team trying to get things built. We don't like using big corporate words for what we do. We just design houses and then we build them. Sometimes clients change their minds halfway through a project, and we just have to figure out how to make it work. That is just how the business goes. We deal with the heat and the logistics of getting steel and bricks to the site on time. We don't have a marketing person. Most people find us because they saw a building we finished somewhere else in the city. We just want to keep doing that—building things that are solid and useful for the people living here.
