Our place, Debsnehasis Homes, is set up at Plot No 612 in Kalaraput. It is specifically in the Sabar Sahi area of Rasulgarh in Bhubaneswar. This part of the city is always moving, especially with all the traffic coming through Rasulgarh. We are tucked away a bit from the main road which is nice because it gets too loud otherwise. We focus on homes and property, mostly just helping people find a spot that works for them. The office is pretty simple with some chairs and a few desks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going out to look at different plots or meeting people at their sites. Being in the 751010 area code means we are right in the thick of the Khordha district. We aren't big on advertising or having a polished image. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. We have had our share of ups and downs with the weather and the local market, but we just keep showing up. It is a practical business. We deal with the land, the brick, and the mortar. There is nothing fancy about it, just trying to make sure people get what they pay for.
