You can find us at HIG-137 in Lumbini Vihar, which is tucked away in the Sailashree Vihar part of Chandrasekharpur. Debolina Developers has been operating from this spot for a while now. The office is inside a residential area, so it’s pretty peaceful compared to the main roads. We have some trees outside that give a bit of shade during the hot afternoons. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up charts. We deal with building and developing projects around Bhubaneswar. A lot of our work is just coordinating between the workers on the ground and the people who want to buy a house. It’s not always easy because someone is usually running late or a delivery doesn't show up on time. We spend a lot of our hours just making sure things don't fall apart. When we aren't at our desks, we are probably out at a site checking if the walls are straight or if the plumbing is being done right. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know each other well. We eat our lunch together and complain about the heat like everyone else. If you stop by, we might be in the middle of a loud discussion about a floor plan, but that’s just how we work. It’s a busy life but it feels good to see something actually get built. We try to finish everything before it gets too dark to see.
