Dasson Properties is located at Plot No-19/1034 on Road No.11 in Jagannath Nagar. That’s part of the GGP Colony area in Bhubaneswar. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Dealing with properties means we’re always looking at houses and land. GGP Colony is a nice, settled part of town, and we like the vibe here. Our office is pretty modest. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It’s a place where we do the real work of figuring out property deals and checking papers. We don’t use any of those big corporate slogans. We’re just people who know the local real estate market well. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about the latest news in Orissa. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and we’re running all over the city. It’s the kind of job where you never really know what the next hour will bring. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about buying or selling. Most of our clients are just regular families looking for a place to stay. It’s rewarding to help them find something that fits their needs and their budget. We’re glad to be based in Jagannath Nagar. It feels like home to us, and we know every corner of this colony by now. We hope to stay here for many more years.
