You’ll find our clinic at Plot No-A-98 in Budha Nagar, which is right in the Laxmisagar area. It’s a relatively small place, tucked away on a side street. We wanted to have a spot that was easy for local people to reach without having to go all the way into the city center. The clinic is pretty simple inside. We have a few exam rooms and a small area where people can sit while they wait. We don’t have any big flashy signs or fancy decor. It’s just plain walls and some basic furniture. Our team is quite small, so you’ll see the same faces every time you come in. Sometimes we’re a bit short-staffed, and the wait times can get a little long. We try to be honest about that when people call in. We still use a lot of paper forms because it’s easier than dealing with the computer sometimes. The neighborhood of Laxmisagar is always busy, and there’s usually some noise from the street outside. We don’t mind it much. It makes the place feel alive. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the families who live on our block. We don’t have a corporate office or a big boss in another city. It’s just us managing things on our own. We open the doors every morning and see who comes in. It’s a straightforward way to run a clinic, and it suits us fine. It isn't a perfect place, but it's ours.
